I love taking care of people and helping them live the adventures they have worked for. Originally from Toledo, Ohio, I grew up traveling to lots of different cities, parks, and beaches around the country. I always loved it, but didn’t really understand its value until my wife Natalie and I went to Hawaii in 2019.

At the time, we were both in jobs that had us working a lot. The reset Hawaii gave us was exactly what we needed to recover and reset.

Honestly, that vacation saved our sanity.

Ever since, we’ve kept travel a priority.

We always know when our next trip is,

and we have the work-life balance to prove it.

Nothing beats taking our little boy to Disney World, and I'm always down to go somewhere completely new. But when it's time for Natalie and me to slow down and reconnect, you’ll find us at our comfort destination, Mackinac Island.

I’ve always had a passion for travel and for helping others. As a certified travel agent, I get to do both at the same time from my home in Columbus, Ohio. I specialize in family, luxury, and group travel.

"Never book a vacation without a travel agent like Roul"

No one wants problems to arise when going on a vacation, but when they do, you’ll be glad you have someone on your side to save you time (and money) figuring it all out. Roul was pivotal in helping coordinate family members in different states and time zones across the country for our family vacation cruise to Alaska. Then we hit an unexpected snag as one of our travelers tested positive for COVID 48 hours before we were set to leave for the airport. Roul sprung into action and not only did he let us know what to do, he coordinated a refund and made sure the rest of the family was all set to go. Not only that, but Roul made sure that all of the accommodations were coordinated for our special needs child on his first ever cruise (which gave us peace of mind).
